Starting with single-cell suspensions from whole tissues, we have established a rapid, stringent workflow that allows us to generate a cDNA library within only 4 hours after sample collection, thereby preserving the integrity of the transcriptome. By implementing a dead cell removal step before initiating the single cell selection, we make sure that only high-quality RNA enters the experiment, and that we deliver results you can trust.
